Welcome to Highbridge - where a lot of people live but they don't know why. Where a lot of people spend their lives waiting for the powers that be to wake up, sort out the mess created by the nanny state and rid the streets and school gates of dealers, druggies and parasites. Brothers Joey and Sean Nolan were just like everyone else. Shrugging shoulders, moving on but hoping for change. Until the death of their sister convinces them they should wait no longer. While Sean decides to explore the routes and corridors of political power, Joey chooses more direct action in and among the alleys and pathways of the neighbourhood itself. But as the brothers follow very different avenues, it isn't obvious who is going to succeed. After all, doing right is not always right by the law.
